And what better way to mark the occasion than with a massive birthday bash at Nathan Phillips Square? Get ready for a day filled with live music, delicious eats, local vendors, and, of course, a spectacular fireworks show!
A Look Back: Toronto’s Incredible Journey

Founded as York in 1793 and later incorporated as Toronto on March 6, 1834, the city has grown into one of the most diverse and vibrant places on Earth. From the rise of Yonge Street as the world’s longest street to the opening of the CN Tower in 1976, Toronto’s history is packed with milestones.
