Unlike the Raptors, whose demanding schedules limit accessibility, the Shooting Stars prioritize engagement with the local community. Niko ensures that the team remains accessible to youth through various initiatives, including camps, clinics, and meet-and-greets.

The CEBL’s unique structure presents challenges, with a roster comprised of players from various professional leagues worldwide. Despite roster complexities, the Shooting Stars have achieved remarkable success, reaching the championship game in their inaugural season and clinching the title the following year.
