Toronto Raptors Unveil 2025-2026 NBA Schedule

Toronto, ON – September 18, 2025 – The Toronto Raptors have officially released their 2025-26 regular season schedule, marking the team’s 31st year in the NBA.

The season tips off on Wednesday, October 22 when the Raptors head to Atlanta to face the Hawks at 7:30 p.m. This will be Toronto’s first season opener on the road since 2011, and just the seventh time in franchise history they’ve started away from home. Fans won’t have to wait long to welcome the squad back, as the Scotiabank Arena home opener is set for Friday, October 24 against the Milwaukee Bucks.


Emirates NBA Cup Impact

This year, the league has released an 80-game schedule up front due to the Emirates NBA Cup. The final two games will be confirmed after the conclusion of group play (Dec. 9–15). Toronto’s Cup journey begins Oct. 31 in Cleveland, with additional tournament games at Atlanta (Nov. 7), Washington (Nov. 21), and Indiana (Nov. 26).


Must-See Matchups in Toronto

The Raptors’ home slate is packed with star power:

  • Dec. 4: Luka Dončić and the Los Angeles Lakers visit.
  • Feb. 24: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the defending champion OKC Thunder come to town.
  • Feb. 25: Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs make their only Toronto appearance.
  • Mar. 8: No. 1 overall draft pick Cooper Flagg and the Dallas Mavericks hit Scotiabank Arena.

Atlantic Division Battles

Toronto enters its 22nd season in the Atlantic Division, competing against Boston, Brooklyn, New York, and Philadelphia. Each division rival will be faced four times (two home, two away). The Raptors also see a mix of double and triple matchups across the East, while every Western Conference team will be played once at home and once on the road.


Schedule Highlights

  • Longest Homestand: Five straight games from Feb. 1–11.
  • Longest Road Trips: Three separate five-game stretches (Nov. 7–15, Jan. 18–25, Mar. 18–25).
  • Busiest Months: November, January, and March with 15 games each.
  • Back-to-Backs: 15 sets, six of which involve no travel (all at home).
  • National TV Spotlights: Two games on U.S. national broadcasts – Nov. 24 vs. Cleveland (Peacock) and Feb. 5 vs. Chicago (Prime).

Sundays will be especially busy with 19 games on the calendar – 11 of them at home.
