DESCRIPTION:Niagara’s food and drink scene takes centre stage at this two-day festival in Lincoln\, pairing cocktails\, wine\, gourmet food\, brunch and live music with one especially ambitious attraction: the World’s Largest Caesar Bar. \nRunning October 3–4 at Charles Daley Park\, the festival features live music and DJs from Eastside Edits throughout the daytime program. Guests can also explore a Caesar bar built around more than 211 ingredients\, creating plenty of ways to customize the classic Canadian cocktail. \nThe $15 Caesar Experience includes one visit to the bar\, an official SIP Caesar pint glass and a commemorative digital photo or video moment. The spread includes a WingsUp! garnish station\, Raspberry Point oysters\, stuffed tater kegs and other savoury additions\, making it a substantial stop for food lovers as well as cocktail fans. \nAlongside the Caesar experience\, SIP brings together drinks\, gourmet bites and festival programming in a scenic Niagara setting. The listed event hours are noon to 7 p.m.
