What to expect

DUTTY JOUVERT is centred on the elements that define its event description: paint, water, flags, music and “pure energy” throughout the day. Rather than a short evening performance, the listed eight-hour format gives attendees an extended window to take in the atmosphere and celebrate with the crowd. The event may appeal to fans of Toronto concerts, reggae and dancehall, and nightlife events who enjoy participatory celebrations with a strong visual and physical component. Guests should be prepared for an environment where paint and water are part of the experience.
