Surulere – Labour Day Party

Surulere – Labour Day Party brings a late-night mix of Afrobeats, Amapiano, Dancehall, Soca, HipHop and R&B to Nomad Toronto on Saturday, September 5, 2026. Presented by L.I.T (Lagos In Toronto), the event is designed for Toronto nightlife fans looking to keep the night moving into Sunday morning.

A multi-genre Toronto party

The event description promises a broad soundtrack spanning contemporary African and Caribbean sounds alongside major HipHop and R&B hits. Afrobeats and Amapiano set the foundation, while Dancehall and Soca add a Caribbean edge to the night. With several styles represented, the party may appeal to guests who enjoy moving between different sounds rather than staying with one genre. Surulere – Labour Day Party starts at 10:00 PM and runs until 3:00 AM, making it a full late-night event at Nomad Toronto. The venue is located on Queen Street East in Toronto’s east end, at 725 Queen Street East, M4M 1H1.
