The expanded lineup includes Heathers, Hadestown, Beetlejuice, The Wiz, The Who’s Tommy, Waitress, Riverdance 30 and The Bodyguard.
Toronto’s 2026–27 theatre calendar has grown by eight productions. Mirvish has expanded its upcoming season with a lineup that includes Heathers The Musical, Hadestown, Beetlejuice and The Wiz.
The additions give local audiences more major musical titles to consider, from the dark comedy of Heathers and the mythic storytelling of Hadestown to the macabre humour of Beetlejuice and the musical world of Oz in The Wiz.

Eight new titles join the season
- Heathers The Musical
- Hadestown
- Beetlejuice
- The Wiz
- The Who’s Tommy
- Waitress
- Riverdance 30 – The New Generation
- The Bodyguard
The additions broaden the season’s mix beyond traditional musical theatre. The Who’s Tommy brings a rock-focused title, while Waitress, Riverdance 30 – The New Generation and The Bodyguard add distinct music and performance styles to the calendar.
Mirvish had previously announced a 24-show 2026–27 slate that includes Alicia Keys’ Hell’s Kitchen, The Karate Kid: The Musical, Operation Mincemeat, 13 Going on 30: The Musical and The Mousetrap. The eight additions bring the planned season total to 32 productions.

Schedules and ticket details are still to come
Mirvish has not yet published the full performance schedules, theatre assignments or ticket-sale details for all eight additions. Those details will show how the new productions fit into the company’s already extensive Toronto season.
For now, the announcement gives Toronto theatre-goers eight more titles to watch as Mirvish builds out its 2026–27 calendar.
