INK Entertainment will serve festival-season food and cocktail features at several Toronto restaurants from September 10 to 20, with reservations now open.
TIFF 2026 is giving Toronto’s restaurant scene its own concession-stand remix. From a Popcorn Colada to a corn ice cream dessert, INK Entertainment is introducing temporary food and cocktail features designed around the festival’s most familiar movie-night flavours.
The specialty menus run from September 10 to 20, 2026. INK is also TIFF’s Official Hospitality Partner for this year’s festival, linking the restaurant group’s programming directly to the city’s biggest film event.

Popcorn takes over the menu
At Bar Romy, the Popcorn Colada combines rum, pineapple, coconut and lemon. Dark chocolate-covered popcorn finishes the drink, giving a familiar tropical cocktail a distinctly cinema-inspired twist.
Beso’s The Final Scoop takes the idea in a dessert direction, pairing corn ice cream with salted caramel popcorn. It is a compact, playful take on the sweet-and-salty flavours associated with a night at the movies.

Vinny and Prima Donna go behind the candy counter
Vinny’s Life’s a Peach leans into the candy-counter theme. The cocktail mixes whisky, peach liqueur, peach syrup, Aperol, lemon and egg white, then adds a peach ring.

At Prima Donna, La Première brings together tequila, Aperol, Prosecco, lime and lychee juice. The result is another bright, festival-ready cocktail, but with a fruit-forward profile rather than a popcorn reference.
Two martinis close out the lineup
Animl Steakhouse & Cocktail Den is serving the Midnight Martini, made with peanut butter vodka, cacao, coffee liqueur and Reese’s Peanut Butter Puffs cereal milk. The menu also lists a clarified component, though the final ingredient is not fully legible in the promotional image.

Another feature, The Star Treatment, pairs a dirty vodka martini with caviar. INK’s promotion does not identify the restaurant serving it, so the drink remains part of the wider festival lineup rather than being tied to a specific venue.
Reservations are open for TIFF dining
Reservations are now open through INK Entertainment’s restaurant channels. The promotion does not list prices or service times for each feature, so guests should confirm those details when booking.

These menus are available only during the September 10–20 festival window, giving TIFF visitors a temporary way to carry the movie-night mood from the screen to the table.
