For a limited run at Four Seasons Toronto, d|bar is pairing a rare-spirits Sazerac with tableside service and a chauffeured ride within two kilometres of the hotel.
At Toronto’s Four Seasons Hotel, a cocktail order can now include the ride to your next stop. Starting September 8, d|bar will serve one $1,000 Final Cut XO Sazerac experience each night during the Toronto International Film Festival, complete with tableside service and a chauffeured trip in the hotel’s Rolls-Royce house car.
The timing is deliberate. TIFF’s 51st edition runs from September 10 to 20, putting this Yorkville offering in the path of guests building their festival nights around high-end dining, drinks and transportation.
What the $1,000 experience includes
Assistant d|bar manager Holly Forgrave created the cocktail around Rémy Martin XO Cognac and 16-year-old Lagavulin Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Absinthe, Peychaud’s bitters, lemon oil and sugar complete the Sazerac.
The drink arrives as a tableside cocktail experience rather than a standard bar order. The package also includes a chauffeured ride within a two-kilometre radius of the hotel, adding a practical—and highly visible—finish to the indulgence.
For a guest heading to a nearby screening or another Yorkville stop, the Rolls-Royce ride is part of the appeal. The experience is less about the cocktail alone than the ceremony built around it: rare spirits, tableside preparation and a luxury car in one tightly limited booking.
One cocktail per night, with no advance booking
The Final Cut XO Sazerac is available any time after 4 p.m. from September 8 through the end of TIFF. Only one experience is available each night.
Guests must purchase it directly at d|bar. Advance reservations are not available for the cocktail experience, making timing the key consideration for anyone hoping to order it during the festival.
